  • Must be a land home package.

  • Financing available for Customers with a credit score of 620 or better.
  • Down payment of 3.5% required (cash, trade or land equity) 
  • 30 year fixed rates from 4.15% apr with no prepayment penalty
  • Closing costs can be financed in the loan
  • Tax and insurance escrows required
  • Mortage Insurance required
  • Interest and taxes paid on mortgage are 100% tax deductible for the lifetime of your loan
CHATTLE
  • Home only financing (Can only finance house, setup, delivery, heat pump, steps, and skirting)
  • Financing available for Customers with a credit score of 575 or better.
  • Down payment of 5 to 10% required (cash or trade-in)
  • 15 to 25 year fixed rates from 5.5% 
  • No Closing Costs
  • No mortgage insurance (pmi) required
EQUITY
  • Must have 35% down payment (either land equity or cash)
  • Can finance either home only or land home packages
  • WILL FINANCE ANYONE who is not in an active bankruptcy
  • CREDIT SCORE DOES NOT MATTER
  • 15 to 25 year fixed rates from 9% to 13%
  • No PMI
  • No Closing Costs on home only
